BuzzTrader Login Help

If you are having trouble loging in, read the possible problems below.

The login at buzztrader requires that you have cookies enabled and not blocked. If you login and continue to get a login screen, you need to make sure you have cookies enabled.

If you have cookies enabled on your browser, make sure you do not have other paranoia software installed that is blocking cookies. Programs like zone alarm, norton virus, mcaffee and many popup blockers will disable much of the header information that websites need to allow you access. If you have one of these types of programs, try disabling it while you are logging into buzztrader.com.

If your account is not active. That means that you never clicked on the authorization link that was e-mailed to you to validate the e-mail address you signed up with. If you did not reveive an authorization e-mail, then e-mail support at this site and ask to have your account activated manually. Include the username you signed up for and a brief message asking to have the account activated. You must e-mail from the address you signed up with so we can verify you are using a valid contact e-mail.

Your computer will remain logged in as long as you do not logout. Logging out will prevent anyone using your computer from accessing your account.

If you are using a public computer, library or school, you need to logout when you are done placing ads or using the forum. If you use a home computer, then you do not need to logout and will be able to access the ad management console without entering your username and password.
